Comfort Food – Easy GF Lasagna

We’re back again in my little corner of the Internet!

Two posts in one day?! Shocking i know – but I found my easy lasagna recipe, so thought i’d share it with you as we’re all stuck inside (but safe inside) for a while!

I think a few of my posts are going to end up being food related as I don’t really have anything to do at the moment other than cook.. or watch Netflix?!

And the best part of this is, you can make it whenever during the day and just heat it up later on… Kind of means you can justify cooking it in PJ’s without thinking you’re secretly judging yourself too.. So anyway..

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 250g beef mince
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 200ml beef stock
  • 9-12 lasagne sheets (depending on the size of your baking dish)
  • 50g Parmesan, grated
  • 150g pack mozzarella, shredded

For the white sauce

  • 50g butter
  • 50g plain flour
  • 550ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 50g Paramesan

Method: 

  1. Cook the pasta sheets for 2 minutes each and place to the side.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over a low heat. Fry the onion, peppers and garlic for 5 mins, or until softened. Add the mince and fry on a medium heat until golden. Stir in the tomato purée and chopped tomatoes and simmer for 15 mins, or until the liquid has reduced. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Whilst that simmers, make the white sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat and add the flour. Whisk until combined and cook on low for 1-2 mins. Remove from the heat and gradually whisk in the milk and parmesan until you have a loose sauce. Season. Return to a gentle heat and whisk constantly until the sauce thickens.
  4. Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Layer up the lasagne in a baking dish, starting with a third each of the ragu, then the pasta sheets, then the white sauce. Repeat twice / 3 times.

  5. Top with the Parmesan and mozzarella.

  6. Then bake in the oven for 40-45 mins, until piping hot and crisp and bubbling on top.

It’s super easy and even better the next day as a left over!
It’s a pretty cheap dish to make too and can easily feed a lot of people so its win, win!

You need a “Pizza” this brunch..

Hi hi hi, welcome back to my little corner of the internet!

As much as some of us moan, we have to admit gluten free options in supermarkets, shops and even eating out are A LOT better now then they were a few years ago, we’re not as left behind now – I’ve learnt to focus on what you can eat instead of what you can’t eat and changing your mind set really helps!

I grabbed this Gluten free pastry from Asda thinking it would break apart. I can make pastry but puff pastry takes SO LONG! And although i love everything pastry wise, the effort is real and unless you’ve really planned it, it’s not something you can just make really easily.

When I grabbed this gluten free puff pastry sheet i wasn’t really expecting much, but O-M-G it worked SO WELL!

Theres no need for a rolling pin either, as the sheet is ready to use and even comes complete with baking paper so you can pop it straight into the oven! – Even better right?

I defrosted mine, and laid it out on the baking tray in an attempt to make a brunch style pizza.. Not having a clue how it would turn out, but it was SO GOOD!

I diced and cooked some bacon and sausage, tomatoes (you can add mushrooms but i HATE mushrooms.. so i didn’t!) and layed them onto the pastry. Then i cracked 4 eggs onto the top, sprinkled cheese over and some fresh spring onion.

I then added egg wash (a beaten egg and milk) to the outside of the pastry and baked for 20 minutes.

The eggs were really fluffy and it was SO good and easy to do! I also ended up only using one pan so it was really tidy too and didn’t have too much washing up, it’s win, win!

Easy Bake Gluten Free Chocolate Banana Bread

How’s isolation treating you…? Welcome back to my little corner of the internet.

I am in a rut. The days seem to be going quickly yet slowly at the same time.. If that makes sense. I’m on day 23 of “lock down” and i’m feeling like i haven’t done enough to warrant the amount of time i’ve had off from work.. I’m really missing work though, i can’t wait to get back.

Last week I got bored so out came the scales and I made some Gluten Free Banana bread. Banana bread is super easy to make and because of the moisture from the bananas, it’s pretty hard for it to become dry.. Theres a few ingredients we didn’t have in so i swapped them for other bits and it turned out really nice.. My mom couldn’t even tell it was Gluten Free either – which is a win win!

Here’s how i made it –

Ingredients –

  • 140g butter, softened, plus extra for the tin
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 140g gluten free self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • Chocolate
  • Golden Syrup

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
  2. Butter a 2lb loaf tin – base and sides.IMG_0406
  3. Mix together 140g softened butter and 140g caster sugar until light and fluffy, then slowly add 2 beaten large eggs with a little of the 140g flour.IMG_0410
  4. ‘Mush’ the bananas with a fork in a seperate bowl.IMG_0407
  5. Fold in the remaining flour, cinnamon and 2 mashed bananas.

     

  6. Add 1 tbs of golden syrup.
  7. Finely chop the chocolate and add to the mix.IMG_0414
  8. Pour into the tin and bake.IMG_0415
  9. Bake for about 30 mins until a skewer comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the tin for 10 mins, then remove to a cooling rack.IMG_0479

I would have added A LOT more chocolate – but i’m the only one that likes chocolate in my house..

10 Fuss-Free Gluten Free Brunch Ideas.

 

It’s hump day! Which means it’s 3 more sleeps until the weekend and i’m already counting down to a lazy weekend eating brunch and only leaving the house to get more food! 

Stuck for brunch ideas? Here’s a few of my favourites – 

1. One Pot Eggs – Jazz up your eggs with a solo brunch recipe, all in one-pot. From eggs with cheese and ham to chilli and avocado and my favourite – baked eggs with bacon, sausage, tomato mushroom & Beans! (No Mushrooms for me, we all knows i think they’re the devils food..) .. It’s so easy and it’s done in one pan so saves mess!

 

2. Breakfast wraps – Everything you put in a sandwich can go in a wrap – it’s the logic of life in 2019..

3. Pancakes – they’re so easy to cook and theres so excuse when again – they can all be done in one bowl.

4. French Toast – It’s basically eggy bread with some cinnamon, syrup and fruit – again, one of my favourites!

 

5. Full English Croissants – As above – if it goes in a wrap it can go in a Croissant too! Try our epic breakfast croissant recipe packed with super crispy bacon, baked beans and runny fried eggs. The perfect indulgent weekend treat!

6. Waffles – With Fruit, Bacon, Syrup, Ice Cream – Waffles go with everything!

7. Bagels – Breakfast bagels are the one – one of my favourite go to’s in the morning. I much prefer bagels to normal gluten free bread as they keep their texture and crunch.

 

8. Fry up! – Lets be honest – nothing beats a full english breakfast does it?

GF Quick Cook Carbonara

I’m back!

It’s taken a while and i’ll explain why on a blog post that goes out in a couple of days – I’ve had the busiest time with changing jobs and launching a studio, so easy food has become my best friend (So i actually eat a meal and don’t eat 4 bags of crisps for dinner, which lets be honest – is ALWAYS the easiest option!)

A couple of weeks ago i posted an easy carbonara on the instagram (@Basicbee) and i was overwhelmed with the feedback it got in my DM’s so as promised – here is the recipe!

Whatcha need –

  • 3 rashers of bacon
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 tub of light single cream (or double cream)
  • 1/4 block of Parmasan cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • sprinkle of chives
  • Pasta twists of spaghetti, enough for two people

Method –

  • Fry the onion and bacon for 10 mins.
  • In a a seperate pan boil the pasta or spaghetti, when the pasta is cooked drain and add to a mixing bowl.
  • Seperate the egg yolks from the egg whites and add the yolks to the cooked pasta, along with the cheese and cream, and  then the bacon and onion from the frying pan.
  • Sprinkle with the chives and serve, add salt and pepper to taste.

It’s literally that easy!

Schar Melto’s & Temptie’s – Worth the hype and the price?

Hiiii!

So, as soon as you look on any gluten free blog or page, we’re all hyping about the Brand New Schar “Melto’s” and “Temptie’s”.

After messaging Schar repeatedly on twitter to see where they were in stock etc (and not going to lie, actually being kind of disappointed with the customer service I received on this..) Me and my mum decided after 3 weeks of trying to find the products we’d give up.

I went to work, she went shopping and boom, she find’s the products – eventually!

So, theres 2 products amongst other brand new ones, which include the chocolate dip pot  and the wafers too.

The first thing I tried was the “Temptie’s”. I’m unsure what i expected but they were really nice! Full of flavour, with a nice texture. But at a price of £2.50 minimum per box (you get 3 in a box) These seemed really expensive. They’re nice, but definitely nice as a treat and not an every week kind of thing.

Secondly I tried the Melto’s. These are AMAZING and I honestly can’t recommend them more. They’re full of cream and filling, and although the packet looks small, you actually get a lot of chocolate inside the packet. I could live off of these forever and be more than happy! These are £1 a bar, which may seem expensive but they’re honestly really worth it and you won’t regret buying them.

I got my family to try one of the Melto’s too and they said that they were nicer than the gluten filled “Kinder Bueno”.

Both the Melto’s and Temptie’s you can get from Asda and the Melto’s you can also get from Morrisons too!

Baked Eggs & Potatoes.. My Way!

So, last week I could hardly eat a thing – I had a google for soft meal ideas and found nothing. Dan was coming to stay so I didn’t want to just give him bland mash potatoes – I had a look at what we had in and made a meal, that honestly – was SO good!

Ingredients –

  • 2 Large baking Potatoes
  • Chorizo Sausage
  • 1 Pack of Bacon Lardons (we had smoked bacon in)
  • 12 Cherry Tomatos
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 50g Cheese (grated) –  We used Cheddar
  • Flat Leaf Parsley (to taste)
  • Coriander (to taste)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Eggs

I also used 2 small cake pans. This in my opinion cooked it better and kept everything together.

Method – 

Pre Heat Oven To Gas Mark 5.

  1. Peel 2 large potatoes & Cut into Small chunks. Pop into boiling (slightly salted) water and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Whilst the potatoes are boiling, pour a small amount of oil into the cake tins and pop them into the oven to heat up.IMG_6917
  3. Slice your Chorizo, we used 2/4 of the Chorizo sausages from the pack and this was enough.

  4. Over a low heat, add a tea spoon of oil in a pan,  pop your bacon lardons to brown off.

  5. Pop the Chorizo into a pan after a few minutes and keep moving everything around.

  6. Once browned off, take off the heat and put to one side.

  7. Drain your potatoes.
  8. Remove the cake tins from the oven and pop your potatoes into them. Leave a circle of space in the middle.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste and pop back into the oven for 5 minutes.
  10. whilst the potatoes are roasting, cut your tomatoes and slice your spring onions.IMG_6920
  11. Remove potatoes from the oven, and mix in the bacon and chorizo. Add your salt, pepper & tomatoes too. Stir together and again, push to the sides to leave a circle empty in the middle.
  12. After 5-10 minutes remove from the oven, make sure theres oil in the middle of the pan, Crack ONE egg into the middle of each tin and pop back into the oven.
  13. Cook for 7 minutes.
  14. Chop your parsley & coriander (to taste).

  15. Remove from oven & sprinkle cheese, Parsley and coriander ontop. Add the Spring onion too.

  16. Pop back into the oven for another 3 minutes – to melt the cheese.

    I cooked mine for slightly longer as i don’t like runny eggs. For runny eggs yolks, use the timings above.

You need a Pizza’ This! – Gluten Free Chicken & Pesto Pizza

So Hey!
I’m back & I’m playing catch up with recipes as i’ve cooked and baked a fair amount over the last month or so!

In the UK, we never really get a Summer but we’re currently on week 3 of nice weather. I put the poutine and gravy away for once & I made pizza’s instead; and they worked really well!

Recipe:
For the base:

  • 2 teaspoons dried active baking yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown soft sugar
  • 350ml warm water 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 430g plain flour (I use the co-ops one Free from flour and it works amazingly)

Toppings: 

  • Tomato and basil sauce (Literally just Chopped tomatoes, blended with basil, parsley, a small amount of garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Roasted chicken breast
  • Green Pesto – You can buy this or use the recipe that I use (linked in blog on main page from Wednesday)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (Fresh is always the best as you can pull it apart but grated works too!)

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and brown sugar in the warm water, and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Stir the salt and oil into the yeast mixture, then Mix in half of the flour.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a clean, well floured surface, and knead in more flour until the dough is no longer sticky. Place the dough into a well oiled bowl, and cover with a damp cloth (i used a tea towel and it worked fine!) . Let the dough rise until double in size; this should take about 1 hour. Punch down the dough, and form a tight ball. Allow the dough to relax for a minute before rolling out.
  4. Add your toppings – *Full list of my toppings above –
  5. Preheat oven to 220 C / Gas mark 7.  If you are baking your pizza in a tray, lightly oil the pan, and let the dough rise for 15 or 20 minutes before topping and baking it.
  6. Bake pizza in preheated oven, until the cheese and crust are golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Leave to cool for a few minutes, cut and serve.

Is Spain good for Gluten Free?

Hey Guys! – Long time no post –

Last week I was in Alcudia in Spain and we stayed at the Belle Vue Club Hotel – And it was AWFUL.

We went all inclusive but the food was SO bad, they offered be iceberg lettuce and grated carrots as it was the only thing they knew was definitely gluten free.. We told them a head I was coeliac and explained.. They said they knew all about it and all about other allergies but clearly they didn’t.

They also booked in 500+ Spanish students into the resort so even when it was meal time we couldn’t get to the food anyway as you literally got pushed out the way..

It was that bad I didn’t even have a bed for the week as they’d double booked – it was honestly awful.

On the plus side, we left the resort a lot (not that we had a choice) and we found some really good places for gluten free food, especially in the Old Town of Alcudia.

We found a restaurant where the chef was also gluten free, so he knew everything and the good was incredible! It was called “Sa Fonda Liabres” – and honestly, I couldn’t recommend it more. If youre ever in the Old Town of Alcudia, you MUST go!

All in all, the Resort was AWFUL, but Spain itself was amazing, Pastas, Paellas, Salads, Breads, It was amazing!

Cinnamon French Toast in 5 Minutes (Using the Genius Toastie Loaf)

I’m back, it’s been dramatic, so it’s time to fill my stomach with sugar and have a lazy weekend..

Thats right, in 5 minutes you can go from getting bits out out the fridge to putting it on the plate.. Ready?

We used the Genius Gluten Free Toastie Loaf and it works amazingly.

Crack an egg, and add a splash of milk in a wide bowl, add cinnamon to taste ( I have loads of cinnamon because I love it).

Also my bad for the boomerang, I just love them for insta!

Pop your bread into the bowl and leave it for 30 seconds on each side so it sucks up the egg mixture.IMG_2017

Turn over, make sure every part of the bread is coveredIMG_4549

Pop into a pan with a little oil, it will spit, so be careful! Fry on each side.IMG_4881

Pop onto some kitchen paper to get the oil off, serve with whatever you like.. I had smoked bacon, strawberries and syrup.  IMG_2880

This is one of the easiest and tastiest breakfasts and it’s so quick to make..

A Saturday in The Cotswolds

Hey! – As much as i’m trying to remember to blog more it’s REALLY hard to find things to actually blog about at the moment..

I know it’s not a “Sunday Funday” but i’m going to class it as one!

So! Dan and I managed to get a 4 day weekend together this week, we went to a gig on Thursday, had a lazy Friday until Tommy (@Tommy_the_sausage) got dropped off to spend the weekend with us whilst his Mom and Dad went to a wedding.

We’d had really nice weather on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday so we thought we’d take Tomtom to Matlock or to the coast. Turns out when it came to Saturday the weather wasn’t going to be as good – so my Mom, being the angel it is, some how followed the nice weather and worked out where would be best for us to go.

My step dad grew up in the Cotswolds so he was more than happy to come with us – this date day with Tomtom turned into a family day, but this was clearly for the best, as me and Dan would have just got lost..

We walked up to Broadway Tower, and went up it. £5 each to go up was rather steep if i’m honest.. it was interesting, don’t get me wrong, but it wasn’t £5 each interesting.. Dan forgot to tell my mom he was scared of heights.. so up he went being massively brave and then panicking at the top.. oooops!

We went to a pub for lunch, the menu was pretty decent for gluten free options, but i really fancied a cob (yes it’s a cob, not a roll, a bap, a tea cake or whatever else! It’s a cob!). I didn’t expect them to have gluten free bread to be honest. I settled on some home made potato wedges with cheese, smoked bacon, a side salad and sour cream – I LOVE sour cream so this totally worked for me, it was super yummy!30429430_10155228513081296_1934943744_n

After lunch, we walked into broadway and i found a chocolate shop, it was amazing! so much of it was gluten free too! 30429340_10155228513156296_813911477_n

When we got to bourton-on-the-water we found my fave sweet shop. I ended up buying shrimps, chocolate sea shells, rosey apples, rhubarb and custards and pear drops. I LOVE an old fashioned sweet shop – can you tell?!30859982_10155228513116296_1840854727_n

Walking a bit further, we found a Christmas shop that was open the entire year. I was in my element… 30831013_10155228513541296_551388787_n

I bought these chocolate Bees for me and my friend Charlie (IG @BeeFreeFromGluten) -I’ve already eaten half of mine, they’re SO good!

Look at my chocolate sea shells from the chocolate shop – they were filled with praline.. they were amazing.. which is clearly why i only gave one to my mom and ate the rest myself… in one sitting.. i got 12…30430189_10155228514666296_582706862_n

We’d walked miles around The Cotswolds, Bourton-on-the-water and broadway, so we went and found a little pub near the river.

It was called the “Kingsbridge inn” and it was awful..

They didn’t have a single thing on the menu that was gluten free. When i asked they just shrugged and were the opposite of helpful and the staff were more bothered about hanging out with their friend in the beer garden and swearing about other customers then actually helping us… I put a message on the facebook page, they told me i had to download and app and ask for help.. we did, they didn’t help.. i really wouldn’t recommend going here at all… walk a bit further and go to a tea room or a different pub instead! 30784536_10155228513626296_985199372_n

We ended up having a drink and walking back to the car, Dan took tommy cause my arms were tired..

All in all, it was a really nice day and we all had a really good time. Including Smiffy and Tommy!

Next week we’re going on an adventure.. kinda.. and Dan doesn’t know where..

Madame Waffle – Lincoln

Hey! SO! Something a little different –

If you’re looking for something different I couldn’t recommend Madame Waffle more! They gluten free options are amazing!

I ordered two! (But i ate one before I took a photo – Ooops!) So my brother saved the day and sent me his photo, so you can get a rough idea!

The first one I ordered was called “The Pricilla” it was Waffle, Peanut Butter, Bacon, Banana and Maple Syrup. It was such a mixture – but it was AMAZING!

The second one I had was the “Fresh Fruit” waffle. This was nice too, but the calories in the first one made it ten times better! (see above)

We’re due to go back in a couple of weeks and I honestly can’t wait, I don’t think i’ve ever been so excited over Waffles before in my life!

GF – Sea food Pasta

Hey! So, On Sunday, Dan and I went to the City ground to watch Forest play (this was his idea of a date day) – and it was actually good! They won 2-1.

On the way back I gave dan literally 12 options of what he could have for dinner that i didn’t mind cooking. He still ended up not picking, so I picked and we had seafood pasta. It was SO good – if i do say so myself!

It’s really easy to make too! Here’s the recipe –

  • Garlic
  • 2 Red Onions
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Guten Free Pasta (Morrisons is my fave)
  • Double Cream
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Squid Sliced into Rings
  • Muscles – shelled or de-shelled – this is up to you!
  • Prawns
  • Olive Oil

 

Method: 

  1. Add a little Olive Oil to a large pan.
  2. Chop the garlic and red onion into small chunks and pop it in the pan and let it fry off.
  3. Dice your Parsley and your basil.
  4. Add your sea food (but not the squid) into the pan and let it warm up.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Pour in 3/4 of a pint of double cream and turn the heat down to simmer.
  7. Add your cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
  8. Add your Squid
  9. Add your Parsley and Basil and stir
  10. Leave to simmer for 15 minutes on the lowest heat
  11. Boil your pasta and drain it (11 minutes is usually enough time for GF)
  12. Wash off any starch left on the pasta
  13. Pour your sauce into the pasta saucepan – mix and serve.

Serve with a Green Salad or/and garlic bread.

It’s super easy and makes a really tasty meal!

“Frankie And Benny’s do a great Gluten Free Menu!” Said no one, ever…

Hey! So now i’m back to blogging a little more, I can tell you about our experience on Sunday night! We went to Frankie and Benny’s and it was.. well, take a read.

On Sunday night Dan and I wanted to go out for dinner. As usual we did the whole where do you want to eat, where do i want to eat etc. Somehow we ended up between Chiqutos and Frankie and Benny’s. After flipping a coin 5 times we went to Frankie and Benny’s.

Once we got there the menu actually looked pretty good! There was starters, quite a few different mains and desserts too!

I had bacon, cheese and bbq sauce potato skins to start. They missed the BBQ sauce but I had sour cream (my all time fave) so I wasn’t bothered and more than happy.

For our mains, Dan ordered a Spaghetti Bolognese and I ordered a Carbonara.

When the food came out, his looked great, but mine didn’t look amazing. Either way, it’s carbonara which is one of my “Go To” meals if I eat out at an Italian.

I bit into the pasta and it was SOLID. It literally crushed and fell apart in my mouth.. Dan tried a bit too, to make sure it wasn’t just one bad piece.

It was cold, solid, and AWFUL!

We were super polite and sent it back – then he manager came over..

As the manager got to the table, instead of telling us he’d make a fresh one, or even cook it for a little longer…

He decided to tell us it wasn’t made here. We were both pretty puzzled.. Until he explained that the gluten free food was “Pre Cooked” before it got to the restaurant and microwaved.. his exact words!

SO hold up a minute, i’m paying £9.99 for a microwave meal (with no sauce)?! How can they possibly justify that?!

IT’S PASTA – you just boil it! My Italian Grandmother would be going absolutely crazy right now if she heard this..

So yeah, long story short, he told us that it was pre cooked before it arrive, no wonder it was pretty gross!

I posted in a GF group on facebook about it and they recommended a burger – it’s safe to say we won’t be going back any time soon though!

If i wanted a microwave meal, i’d nip to Morrisons and eat it in front of the TV in my PJ’s!

I am currently a very bored Bees when it comes to eating out.

Lazy Day GF Brownies

So, after having a fractured foot (It’s still fractured, but I can kind of walk now!) –  We’ve had the last few weeks stuck in the house, binge watching Netflix, eating way too much food and being lazy. We decided to have a half busy weekend!

On Saturday we went into town, ate way to much Yo! Sushi, did some shopping and then a food shop, then we came home.

My mum and step dad went on holiday on Sunday morning so me and dan had the house to ourselves which means I got to bake!

I made a pie and some brownies, heres how I made the brownies and i’ll post the pie tomorrow!

First you’ll need –

  • 200g sugar
  • 300g butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 150g milk chocolate, melted
  •  100g dark chocolate chunks

Method: 

  1. Melt the milk chocolate and butter in a bowl.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together – flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
  3. Whisk the eggs.
  4. Add the vanilla extract into the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the dry ingredients into the milk chocolate and butter mixture, then slowly add the eggs.
  6. Add 2 t-spoons of water.
  7. mix together, and place in a baking tin.
  8. Tap the baking tin on the work top to get an even base.
  9. Add the dark chocolate chunks.
  10. Place in a pre-heated oven on gas  mark 7 for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Take out, slice and serve.

This is the only brownie mix that i’ve been able to do that hasn’t made the brownies dry. These were really soft, gooey and super tasty!
